Bring/wear:
- Wool base layers/swimsuit to wear under your wetsuit
- Sneakers suitable for water
- Towel and dry clothes
- Shoes for after the tour
- Everything you wear will get wet!

Difficulty:
This is an easy to medium level activity also suitable for the entiry family, but you should prepare for cold and refreshing authentic norwegian temperatures in the water. You can choose your own level of difficulty.
Meetingpoint:
From Sogndal take RD55 to Gaupne, RD604 direction Jostedal for 10 km. Do NOT go up to Leirdal, but follow signs for Body Rafting (Gaupne Motorcrossbane on Google maps).
