Are you wondering what it's like to grow fruit a short distance from a glacier, make different types of cider and make tasty dishes to go with them? Then you've come to the right place! This is exactly what we at Ciderhuset love to interpret about.
Our dinner unfolds with a sequence of courses, starting with a welcome drink where we share stories of our ciders and the farm's history.
We begin the dinner with 4 cold meze dishes followed by 2 small warm dishes. Then the main dish will be served, and we finish the night with a fruit dessert from our orchard.
Our menu combines Norwegian and Turkish flavors, with every meze dish paired with ciders from Sogn. This is a family-style dinner, with all dishes served to the table for you to share.
Our seasonal menu changes with the vegetable calendar to ensure the freshest ingredients. We prioritize local and organic ingredients in every bite and sip.
